I'm going to batteries plus tomorrow since I'll be in the area, to pick up my 2nd battery for the slee tray. I want to pick up an x2 power group 34.
SLI34AGMDP - X2Power Premium AGM BCI Group 34 Car and Truck Battery at Batteries Plus Bulbs

I do not currently have my 2nd battery tray it should be in any day. Can someone please confirm this battery will fit?
I don't think the 34 group is going to fit. Based on the specs in the link it is 10.87 long the recommended 75/86 is ~9.5" barely fits between a brace on the inbound side of the mount and and an electrical thing (cant remember what it is a resister heat sink thing) between battery and panel. I didn't see a 75/86 for the X2Power but there may be one? Next closest is the 35 group SLI35AGMDP - X2Power Premium AGM BCI Group 35 Car and Truck Battery at Batteries Plus Bulbs I wanted to do a 35 since it has a little more power and the reason for this thread. Since I had them shipped I chickened out and ended up going the safe route. The 35 is about .6" taller and is going to be real close to the hood especially after battery connectors etc. If you try it let us know how it works.

any updates on this? I'm trying to find 100AH worth of LiFePo4 to shove in my truck.

Slee tray with Duracell which fits perfectly.

I know folks sell mounts for the REDARC BCDC for that location, and hate to say anything, but take a look at the REDARC operating manual--the BCDC will stop charging entirely at a pretty low temp--around 130 degrees, IIRC, which I suspect that part of the engine bay is at frequently. . . out of the bay and forward of the radiator will keep the charger a lot happier.

What does the group think about this one? Specs seem like it’ll fit, highest Ah I’ve seen so far within the size limitations of the new Slee tray.

Not a battery expert but have a friend who is—the battery you linked to is dual purpose, not true deep cycle, which means it won’t like being drawn down 50% (~12v, which is the highest cutoff option on a number of fridges I’ve seen) repeatedly.
I have a group 22 (I originally said 27f, but that’s the starting battery…) 60 Ah wheelchair battery in mine.
Also see my so far not terribly productive thread:

Thanks! Your thread was helpful. I am in the same boat of having 2 kids and 2 dogs so interior space is at a premium. Plus the lithium is a concern being in Colorado in terms of being able to charge during colder temps. The more I price it out and roll it over in my head the more just replacing the failing Group 31 X2Power I have and continuing to run a single battery system makes sense. My power needs are minimal right now (fridge, phone charging) and with the 130W of Solar I have it all should not run much risk of getting stuck. A quality jump pack is only $200 anyways and I was looking at $1200-1500 all in on a dual battery system using the BCDC25. If I go the dual battery direction in the future I’ll probably try and modify the Slee tray to accept a 27f or swap the primary and house batteries like some of the 200 guys have done.
