If you have an electron in your tweezers, you can't know both where it is and how fast it's going. There is a joke:

Put together a set of t-dollies out of the scrap pile and then started messing around with forming a tailgate patch panel. I still have to spend some more time sanding and polishing them.
I'm not a blacksmith, but I found couple of anvils made in England and I want to know if the company is still making them.
Especially if you have any roadrunners, mice, or wabbits in your area!
I have a Record vise on my gun bench - not the best quality but not the worst either. And I think I still have a small Record anvil stuck somewhere. Vaguely remember them coming from Northern Tool 20-30yrs ago (or Northern Handyman back then). Like Harbor Freight but I always thought a bit better.

From what I can find - Irwin Tools bought some parts of Record and the rest was sold to others or has faded into history.

Long before the boxes of Harbor Freight latex gloves, When I was actively working, there was a doctor in the office building who was a real enthusiastic auto mechanic. Whenever we’d meet we would talk about different projects… I noticed his hands were always VERY clean, doctor like hands and fingers. I asked him how. He knew I was always elbow deep in FJ40.
He gave me a box of exam gloves…” these work 90% of the time’ he said. A decade later I always had the HF gloves in the garage.
During Covid about early 2021 my dentist said these are going to get harder to come by… when I asked him why he told me Covid was going to be demanding all kinds of protective equipment. I’d stopped at Harbor Freight on the way home and sent him a photo of the wall of latex gloves. I bought a few boxes…he went that weekend…SOLD OUT…Limit 2
The rest, as they say, is history
