Another Blue--Sail Blue

Thanks, the truck came to me in this colour when I bought it and we were not sure what it actually was. So when we went to colour match it for painting, it turned out to be a slightly lighter version of the Ford Grabber blue.

Thanks
Steve

Old Gertrude

I sold "Gertrude" to another Mud member but I had to post this picture of her because it's just a damn cool photo I took while we were on the "Discover Iowa Road Trip" (aka DIRT) in 2007. We need to do this again! I got that little ding on the rocker wheeling with the folks in Black Hills back in the late 90's.

Love that shot. Thanks for sharing. Need to do more road trips in ours.

Voodoo blue

Same Voodoo paint that they use today. Or, used to.
Have no idea whose FJ that is. Saw it at Cabelas and pulled up beside it for a few photos.

1977 from CA

A quick pic of the 1977 I bought in September. A guy had purchased it from the original owner on a ranch in CA, had some work done here in MA, and decided to sell it.

I'm slowly getting it up and running to pass MA inspection, and hope to have it all ready to roll in the spring.

Original color was yellow, I think, with a lousy spray job of the current blue.

Ok, I'll throw my $0.02 into this. The oxidized black hardtop side panels will eventually become dark navy blue. With a bright white roof, Big Blue will definitely pop!
