That’s quite a project. It reminded me of my own back in the early to mid 1980’s except the part where you had sold it. Just my personal opinion, but Dennis sounds like a real dick.
 
Now the progress for 2024:
Was busy learning how to make the reverse light lens which I covered in a different post and still need to perfect but is still very useable

replaced all the seals in the tranny and t-case, cleaned and check gears:

Replaced the bearings and seals in the rear axle and rebuilt the front knuckles:

Put new brakes and cylinders all the way around.
 
While I ws working on the drive train, I had a machine shop rebuild the motor. I just picked it up and planning to install it in the next week or so. The shop “claims” the motor didn’t have motor mounts so need to order some tomorrow. Here it is sitting next to the 40:

I have a lot to do yet!! Need to repair and paint the hood and roof. Wheels need sandblasted and repainted too. I plan on bigger tires than what you see. Those will just get me by for now.
