What do you do? I reved her up to about 5 g's twice.... just realized, I have to be nice right?

Just basically switched out the block with new gaskets....
Soooo?

Of course I will be nice to her just to see if everything works but, for how long? a week?

If you haven't done any bottom-end work (new pistons, rings, bearings), then I would drive it like normal. Run it for a few hundred miles, then change the oil, as the filter will likely have some little bits of crud in it that got in the oil passages. Maybe same with the coolant.

I'm with KLF. If you're not dealing with new rings or bearings... Just change the oil soonish.
