Called Vanco. Hydroboost kit is $650. Should just mount to firewall then mount to MC .

I would have to reroute brake lines which is no big deal. I wish this this rig wasn't done this good. Existing brake lines are routed perfectly. I don't want to touch em : (

You might to look at the front brake calipers to see if they're 1/2-3/4 ton or 1 ton. 1 ton will have larger calipers requiring more fluid to be pushed when applying the brakes. Keep this in mind when you order your hydroboost kit.

Or here's an idea....why not put a GM hydroboost that was designed to work with the one ton axle that is eventually going under it? Let's not make this too complicated.

You're making this WAY too simple. You need to come up with an angled power booster application (ala early Bronco), you know, so folks will marvel at how much "thought" you put into it......(just take the one below and flip it over)
