Hey J-

Thinking about the wiring harness. I want to make detachable wiring connections at different points like at the fenders for the lights and at the firewall, what are you going to use for those connections? I was thinking about looking for a donor harness out of a new car and grabbing some connections that I can take apart and reuse. Maybe even grab a relay block so I can add relays for the headlights.

Have you got any ideas for this? I was thinking about going to Kansas City Electical Supply down on Main to see what they have.....

I bought a GM connector set (waterproof) that I plan on using to make most of my connections with. Plan on duplicating the head light relay harness that Mwalls made for the 60 which looks pretty straight forward.

Where did you find the GM waterproof set?
 
ditto on weather pac connectors. have a big box of them lying in wait. weatherproof etc. great stuff what I use when I redo parts on my harness in an engine bay. Can't remember where I got them. they take a special tool to "undo" so beware on that get the $2 tool when you buy the kit. Waytech wire might be another source? I have a catalog somewhere in garage. Think i got mine from summit or something tho.

I think caspers is internet only, no hard copy (catalog)
