Seat Belt Hardware - Bolt Anchor and “Clamshell” Cover (1 Viewer)

Been working on an interior restore of the ‘97 Land Cruiser and after taking as much care as I could saving hardware, taking pics, etc, I have one piece that is lost...2nd row passenger seat belt top anchor.

Any advice on how to track all of this down…bolt, spacers, and the clamshell?

Stripped the interior down and replaced the carpet along with sound deadening while having the seats reupholstered (will update with pics when done). All this work to end up missing something this crucial, so upset with myself!
