Thats caused by the fact that they are Taxed as a Truck right now, so you have to pay for the weight/payload. = 173 €
From 1.of may they want to tax them like passengercars by the enginevolume & emission class.
For a Diesel without a catalyt that would be 37.58€ per 100ccm = 1578,39€ a YEAR!
