I torque to 45 while rotating, then back off to zero.
Then retorque while rotating to 35 lb-ft on mine.
Then install the lockplate.
I found it best to start the tiny screws BEFORE I engage the nub in the slot of the lock ring because they are just a tick off. I fought the screws for 30 minutes before I did that above.
