Very interesting, but I don't get how your system works.
Would you mind laying out how it all works?
Are you using a charging battery to run your fridge?
I may want to try this myself even though I have dual batteries.
There are 4 ways to charge this Jackery. The quickest is by plugging the power brick into a 110 source in conjunction with the USB C port. By plugging cooler or other electric devices into the solar generator and charging it at same time it's called "pass through charging". I have a little 300 watt inverter just for this purpose.
The three other was of charging are not as efficient. 12volt, USB C and solar panel (unless you have more than one 100W panel).
I also have a dual battery setup in my truck with solar charge controller. This gives me the luxury of a few power sources for various devices. It's not needed though. With my cheap Chinese cooler in So Cal desert heat, I can run it off the small 300 Jackery (stand alone) for about 18 hours before it dies. With just a 100 watt portable solar panel I can do a whole weekend and still have over 60% left on the Jackery.
They come in different sizes all the way up to a huge 1500. Having a dual battery setup puts you ahead of the game in versatility.
