Oh and if you are on the fence between ARB and TJM. Here are some words from Zuk, note I did not purchase the locker from him, it's an unbiased comment:

Alright so I received the diff from Zuk and this week I finally had enough time to put the diff back in the truck and assemble the rest.

While I was there I regreased everything and put new oem Toyota boots on upper and lower ball joints. All 4 had zero play and besides the boot in excellent shape no use in replacing

After putting it all back together I started working in the pneumatic plumbing. This got kind of tricky...

I wanted to take into account that the rating of the diff solenoid and the air solenoid. From what I read both seem to operate between 90-110 psi. My ARB dual compressor puts out almost 150psi. I wanted the full potential of the ARB compressor but regulate it at the locker. So I put together this monster.

Includes:
1) Manifold
2) Adjustable inline regulator (set at 90psi)
3) ARB air outlet before regulator allowing me to air up to 150psi
4) TJM solenoid
5) 100 psi relief valve to account for static pressure at the manifold to prevent any of the solenoids blowing seals

Also for fun I got custom blue sea system switch labels for this. Can wait to put these on, icing on cake.

Updates!

Truck is officially tripple locked here are some views of the switches for the front locker & compressor.

I used my overhead panel for the front locker and compressor but kept my engine bay switch on the compressor as well for tire inflation outside the cab.

I made the LED in the locker switched a red blinking one so I don't forget it's on.

I also made some adjustments to my Dissent skids. At HIH8 we had to notch the front skid to fit the 2003 ARB bumper. Ben notched it for me on the spot and I just cleaned it up some, also the tail end skid also needed a notch to fit better around my slider brackets.

Since I had the skids off the truck I did some art work to the front skid that suffered bear kisses at HIH8

Oh, I also had to re-align my ARB bumper as it was crooked from landing on a rock at black bear pass. Ah the memories...

Need to update...

Took my Son and some friends on a trip to Big Bend seeking solitude and a good look at the stars again. Trip was outstanding as usual. Drove the bordering line of US/ Mexico and ran into a variety of wild life including tarantulas, bats, wild horses eagles, coyotes, a big ass black widow and a donkey (pretty sure that one ran off from it's owner). Here are some pics of the cruiser after some day/ night driving.

Trip was amazing. We did break an air locker line, a fog light and a servo on the trailer hit a rock.
