Finally was able to find some time this past weekend to cut out a new mesh panel and install the 40 series emblem I picked up at Desert Rendezvous.
I like it way beter than the old 60 emblem I had on there.
Brent and Boyd just for your info I ended up centering it in the grill instead of keeping it a little higher than the stinger. It just didn't look right not centered.

curious if you did it the same way as treeroot? meaning did you use the outer steel tube bent around the piece or? trying to decide if I am going to spend the time to do this.

I do not have a welder or Treeroots skills for steel tubing he used so I used black door edge molding similar to the instructions in this link.

The mesh screen was not that time consuming it was fiberglassing, bondoing, and painting the frame that took the most amount of time.
You're right, offsetting it would have been wierd. I think that looks really good. (although I did notice that all of your shots are at an angle so the stinger wouldn't block it
