That is the plan.

I'm more than a little scared what the sand blaster is going to expose. There's plenty for you to hack out and electric glue back together that i know about.
I hope JP takes that diesel out and installs a LS. That way we wont have to smell it at SAS10...:flush:

Okay 40 series drivers from California I need your ATTENTION!

Of the 9 cali drivers registered I know @McVicker has a 40 but he drives his 60 to SAS, now how many 40s are coming to SAS
From California? I have a mission for you, IF
You are up to the challenge!

40 drivers don’t miss your opportunity for a briefcase handoff and to slap a SAS8 decal on this baby and get the original baton rolling WEST to the beaches where it can wash the dust off from being shot down in Outlaw Arizona for nearly 6 years! Let’s make it happen then send it to the PNW and back to N.E. To the cruiserheads that started this adventure for so many people! Let’s Roll Baby!

LS? Boohoo.

If I were to do anything, I'd consider a 1FZ.

Money no object, I'd still consider a 1FZ but at about 18# of boost and 2 steppin. 😆

@mesa man Yep, have the 40 that I bought new in 1975. It’s always ready for the trip out to Ouray…but the 60 wheels soooo much better.

Maureen wants to come out in the 40 some day…and we probably will…but not yet.

You go John! You’re an original Cruiser OG! We’d love to come out and wheel with you someday in the Sierras or death Valley that would be awesome until then take care buddy. See you at SAS!

When's the swag order? Did I miss it? Thanks cruiserheads
We just about have the swag order site ready to go out. It'll be sent to all registrants emails. I will let everyone know on this thread when it is active.

I thought your descriptions were very accurate Randy, we will slamfire at home for the hard stuff

Sounds like fun. I would be down once I buy a 40. Although an FJ55 is next on my agenda, something about wagons.

Those of you who are registered as regular attendees for SAS #8 have been sent an email for the extra swag. It was sent to the E-mail that you registerd with. We will be sending out Leader and Sponsor E-mails in the next few days.
Thanks, Casey..

We have had a few cancellations in the last few days. If you are on the fence about cancelling the deadline for refunds is May 15. After that we will not be issuing refunds for this year. The waitlist is very deep this year so the earlier you contact us with cancellations the easier it will be to bring them in.
Feel free to reach out to me via PM or to the solidaxle2018@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Thanks, Casey..

Can you tell me what email address your email is coming from? I cannot locate it in my email. Thank!
