Someone decided to make a left hand turn infornt of me and I couldn’t do anything to avoid it. No adjuster yet so have no clue on the price to fix...I’m not happy to say the least but a 2019 sounds good about now.

Glad to see she kept you safe! Hopefully it's totaled and you can go get a new one. One of the huge draws for me personally to the 16+ is all the additional safety tech like automated braking just before a collision. Who knows if it would have helped in your situation, but the advances are really nice. Sounds like you should push to get it totaled, buy back/sell to @bjowett and go shopping

Do you think an arb bumper would have saved the LC? I bought one and sold it before putting it on but feel soo naked driving my truck and worried about a frontal collision wrecking havoc like in your photo.

Lol, already thinking that too.
I’m sure it would of lessened the damage but would of wrecked the other asshat that cut me off. I was only doing less then 30 and steeered hard left so it wasn’t a full on t- bone hit. I’m not thinking it’ll be totaled, but who knows, they still didn’t look at it. But yes the LC did it’s job and I wasn’t hurt.

The year and miles of your Land Cruiser will determine if they total it or not I would say it’s probably $25 to $30,000 in damage right there. Most important thing is you walked away that’s great keep us posted.

It’s a 2011 with 84,700 Miles.
I'm betting a total. Depends if its a good insurance conpany. Be careful body shop doesnt scam insurance company by reporting less damage.
