I am selling my RTT with Annex. I have used the RTT probably 8 times in the last few years. Owned it for about 3 years. Pricing includes the Annex room that zips to the RTT. I have never used the Annex room, only installed it in the driveway. This is a generic tent that I purchased from a company selling these locally. I believe it is a 3+ person tent. We have slept in it with me, my wife and 2 kids (9 yo & 2 yo). It was a tight fit but we were comfortable. If I had to guess the tent is similar to this one listed by CVT but with less bells and whistles:

All of the RTT's out there are built by a few RV companies in china. Each mfg. just specifies it's specific changes.
I am located in Carlsbad, CA (north San Diego county). The tent is not mounted on my roof but you are welcome to come and unfold it to inspect both the quality and how it is setup in the driveway. The whole unit is still in good usable shape with a few scrapes here and there.
