Being that its an air-to-water intercooler probably not much, at least not much after its warmed up anyway. Although the seperate cooler probably helps more than a "traditional" air-to-water intercooler which feeds off the vehicles cooling system.
Air-to-air is much more efficient, but you need a pretty big one to get anything worthwhile out of it.
Its been in my experience that an air-to-water intercooler isn't really worth the hassle. I had a friend who worked at ProCharger (which was across the street from where I worked) and I got to hear all about intercooling.
That list is by no means comprehensive, but other than those, everything else has been wear items (brakes) or PM. Highway mileage is around 15.
