Like the home-built gear. Nothing beats custom for personal style of use.

ENDING

I really enjoy travelling with my Land Cruiser and my kids have learned so many things during our trips. If anyone of you ever hesitates to go overlanding, please don't.

This is officially...

THE END

of my official writeup. Now you can kill me for spamming. :)

There are still numerous details which are not covered but that's simply too much to write about in one shot. Just keep asking questions. I will also post some offroad action videos in the future. I hope you enjoyed this thread...
Love it awesome!!!!!

Very, very cool !! Thanks for sharing

Such a cool and unique cruiser! Just showed your pics to my girlfriend...she’s already getting ideas for clothes/shoes storage. :princess:

You aren't the only one.... I show my wife photos of adventures/upgrades from mud to sell her on the fact that I'm not the first one to try/buy something.

Very nice setup! Love the tent and engineering on that rear hatch box. I'm inspired to maybe build an official build thread...one day. :P

I like all the mods! Really like what you said about spending time with the kiddos. So true. I think that when you are able to get past the "I don't want to mess with it, because it's stock, and clean, and worth x dollars" mentality on modifying a rig, you really begin to enjoy it. I mean, you always like driving it when it works good, but there's something about driving one that you made yours. Kudos to you!

interested in more details on your water tanks, heater and Webesto (petrol) heater
