Rolling with the Punches - Trip Report

We are stopped at an abandoned gas station. I spray the ground for Dixie to lay in. It's 108 in the shade. I turn on the heater, i pop the hood. The truck is over heating. The dog has puked. The adventure starts..

Sometimes trips don't pan out exactly the way we plan. Sometimes you don't have control over what the future has in store for you. You adapt, you overcome and in the end you still have a good time.

This was our latest trip where we were headed to Utah and ended up on the Pacific coast instead. Trip report here:

Great job making lemonade Dave! I love that you guys presson on. Remember that there are those of us on the east coast that would love to have the problems that you had since it would mean being back out west rolling around in a cruiser!

WOW, Kudos you guys really pushed through it! Way to stick it out when most would have folded. I bet it felt like the longest 3 day weekend in the world to you Three!
