Very happy with my Slee formed step sliders.

I just picked up a 21 Heritage. Let's see some rock sliders and tell me how you feel about them.
Maybe you can tell us how you plan to use your truck?

FWIW, I bent my formed slee step sliders into the rocker panels on the trail. It's a good product (like almost all Slee stuff) but not built for really going at it in the rocks. As you can see from the photo above, the front and rear attachment points are just bent steel plate, no gussets, no tube, easy to bend. Reinforcing the front and rear arms would make these tougher and wouldn't be too hard to do.

Just buying something off the shelf, I'd go Budbuilt, personally.

Same, on my Tundra, i MANGLED one of my Slee Formed sliders. So much so, when Christo saw it himself at Cruise Moab, he said "Oh My"

Said they would take care of it, but i saw a squirrel, never followed up, and sold the truck

DISCLAIMER: Tundra had a 1200lb Four Wheel Camper on it at time of Manglerization, but still...

For that reason, and Slee’s absurd $450 freight charge, i put BudBuilt on my 200. If i bend or break these, i am likely dead anyway

I have some BudBuilt sliders that are probably the same as @Tanaman on my '21 HE. I went with the ones that weren't flat (I can't remember the angle), but have the kickout on the back and diamond plate too. I have zero regrets and would make the same choice again for any other 200 series I get. IMO BB products are some of the best kit you can put on your 200. HTH.

BudBuilt 20 degree kick up, plated on top.
I had a set of Slee Formed tundra ones.. Nicest looking sliders out there, but...

For mall crawling. Its purely for looks.

Then I’d suggest the Slee’s, if you’re ok with their absurd freight charge. Definitely the cleanest looking

The arb side step would also be an option.

Though I think you’d be happiest with a set of the auto extending and contracting electric steps.. there isn’t a model made for the 200 but several have adapted off the shelf over the years.

I have the sdhq’s and am selling them for Budbuilt.
They look great, are made of 4130 chromoly, and the welds are good quality. However they only attach to three points on the frame vs BB’s six. And the front mount attaches to the body mount under the a pillar rather than the beefy ass frame rail. I want something a little gnarlier.

Maybe you can use some of the money from the sale of these to get some black lug nuts

Fawwwwwwwwwwk

I have the Dissent Offroad aluminum step sliders on my 21 HE. So far it's not going off road much since I have a 2003 as my off road rig. I got these mainly to help my wife get in and out. Being aluminum, they're light! It'll get some bigger tires once I wear these out.

I went with the BudBuilt STEP sliders, with no kick out, dimples down.

Beefcake is an understatement

Are those weld in or attached with bolts?

Also, what size is that Magnum XL rubber on those beautiful BBS Heritage wheels?

Bolt on

275/70-18

Ooo I like that! Looking at different slider options, but don't want to deal with welding.

They aren’t the sexiest, but I assure you 100% they are the strongest
