Looks great! I am looking at rims with an 18mm offset (which is basically where you are) and was considering the 295/70R17 size. Looks like it fits nicely!

I'll report back here if I experience any rub issues. So far, no drama.

Most days, this is the family hauler and grocery getter, but hey, gotta be prepared.

:)

Went out this evening with my son to run a few errands. Three deer jumped in front of the truck. I got up pretty strong on the brakes to avoid hitting them. Heard those motors in the B pillars come alive. Felt the seat belt pull me in tight. Pretty amazing.

In for an oil change today. My service tech advised me to replace the battery. I was kind of on the run and could not recall if I had ever replaced the battery before. Anyway, I had them put in a new one, so that's that.

Local dealer called me last week and informed me that they have a new 2021 LC sitting in the showroom. I'd like to go look at it, but I honestly hate dealing with automobile sales people. It's a combination of their pressure tactics and my own personality, I guess. But the chemistry is almost always a problem. I may just hold my nose and go do it, anyway.

Amazing that it's been more than 3 years since my last post in this thread! The Karaboudjan has about 150,000 miles on her these days. I have not done much wheeling or road tripping with her recently, but don't tell @UltraFJ40 about that because he'll jones on me and tell me to get away from my desk and get out more. ;)

The truck has a squeak/screech/squeal that I think might be the serpentine belt. After reading, I decided to replace the belt, idler, and tensioner. I ordered the parts on Saturday. For kick and giggles, I priced the parts at a dealer. Belt: $100, Idler: $138, Tensioner: $116. Yeesh. I ended up buying all three in kit form online for about half of that. They are Dayco parts, which at least one source indicated are equivalent to OEM. I have this job on my list for next Saturday.

Well now with that annoying squeak/screech/squeal going to be resolved.........

You know what time it will be Desk Jockey.

That's right, time to break something, leave your worries behind and only put on a smile (& some pants of course). Heck it's Spring time out there. Time to get to living or dying.

Chief Joseph Highway is awaiting you. :steer:
