Request for advice where to start our 71 project

Took care of the headlight plug end that the PO butchered. Thx @ToyotaMatt and @Coolerman.

Placed and received huge order from my local Toyota dealer. Doesn’t look like a lot, but there is a good bit of $ in this picture. I have been slowly acquiring parts needed for rebuild once the demo and cleaning part is done. Lots of parts have been delivered to Powdercoating. More to go.

We are making progress. Almost completely disassembled and ready to detail and build back up. Sadly, the PO broke the last bolt on the exhaust manifold so I have to get that out. Emily putting in the work to clean up the new 4spd BH. These pieces have only been treated w rust converter, next up paint.

More progress. Lots of time spent cleaning and preparing for either paint or new Zinc plating. Making sheet metal repairs and replacing broken studs before delivering to Powdercoating as well.

The amount of time spent degreasing hardware in preparation for plating is huge. But it’s mindless so that’s good.
