Either 90980-10380 (without clamp) or 90980-10381 (with clamp)
Note: this is only the connector. You'll have to pull each terminal out of the back of the connector, and insert them, one at a time, into the new one. Here's how:

Lift up, from the male connector side (not the wire side) with the tool below, as shown above.

FWIW, I've done this with a small, instrument type screwdriver. Just be careful, use a headlamp and go slow. The trick is to lift up the plastic tab, hold the connector with one hand (while keeping the tab lifted) and pull the wire and terminal out of the other side with the other hand. You'll know you have it when it almost falls out. If you have to pull on it, you haven;t released the terminal.
Can you confirm this is the wiring harness for the Neutral position switch (2 prong). The multi-wire connector (9 lead) looks more like the Neutral Safety Switch mechanism.

You are correct, I assumed that's the pigtail/connector we were talking about. Are you referring to the transfer neutral position switch connector (T3)? It has two (yellow, with a light green tracer) (white, with black tracer) wires. There is also a transfer position connector (T2). It also has two (yellow) (black, with light blue tracer) wires.

thanks for the diagram, I'm currently in quarantine and will return to the LC to verify color and even provide a picture. T3 in your diagram looks like the answer!

In case someone needs this in the future. This part only works for the L4 and CDL locking switches. The Neutral position switch doesnt have the plastic tab inside of the oval so this alternative switch won't work. Post #32 in this thread also has a good picture of the neutral position connector. For reference the L4 switch is called Transfer Case Indicator No. 3, The CDL switch is called Transfer Case Indicator No. 1 and both of those use the part number in the thread title. The neutral switch is called Transfer Case Indicator No. 2 and the part number is 84222-60080. See pictures below of all 3 connectors:
