Did you have them strip off the old paint first? It looks good in the camera pic.

Just rattle can it urban camo. That's what I plan on doing once it gets to the point of needing new paint :D

I think that charcoal grey would be the best, especially with a black-out grill. Just my opinion....

My exact set-up?

whoooooooooo man that looks really nice

Looks good man. Good choice on color and get some pics after it all has been buffed out well. Now you'll have to park it at the far ends of parking lots...

So...about what does it cost to repaint a 60?

It depends.

The truck looks great. Did you do the 350/NV4500 conversion yourself? I assume you are running a stock FJ60 Tcase with AA adapter?

Are you running an FJ-62 fuel tank/pickup out back for the EFI needs?

Can you PM your tel #? I think my cyl head finally blew and I've got the itch to do an LS1 conversion.

Thanks,

Looking great, Soop.
Now all you've gotta do is sell it, fly south, visit Tamarindo, travel to find 81(s) and you'll have the perfect truck. :)

That paint costs $900. 5 year warranty Maaco. If you get close enough, you can see imperfections... but after I wheel it, you will see scratches... so it didn't make sense to me to get expensive paint.

That is one killer looking 60 !!
Very nice color.
I checked a couple threads and pics since I registered but I don't see any 60's with the original stickers on the sides.
Was that specific to the American market ?

i dunno, i would have left like it was and looked for a blue rear door.
