OK guys... Everything is finished up. First 3 are headed out on Monday to @ARB777.

I'll PM anyone back that contacted me. They will go on the website tonight as well. Lead time is 10 days.

395.00 shipped to the lower 48. Add 50.00 AND 5 days for black powder coating, if that's your thing.

Still getting one. Just will be the end of the month. Spent a lot on other parts I just installed. But still plan to get one this month if available.

Just got 1 of mine installed today. 2 more to go. Perfect fit and finish. All holes aligned perfectly. I have white knuckle sliders and maf drop brackets on this one but it did not give me any problems. It just slid right in. Go get em while you can. Im glad i bought one for each my cruisers. Another great product from trail tailor. Nice work J! Thanks a lot.

Wow, it is good to see this belly pan skidplate is still being built. I got one of the 1st of Chad's (creepersleeper) builds back in 2009 (pics back on page 3, post #'s 56 & 57). IMHO it is the "best bang for your bucks" for tranny & TC protection. Extremely strong design and a mod for your 80 that will pay dividends for protecting your mid drive train in the rocks. Still protecting my vitals with out a whimper - thanks!

For those of you who have installed this work of art and protection; could you provide a brief on how you installed. I believe I can tackle this in the garage, myself, however would like to know where to properly support drivetrain elements as I remove the existing transmission cross-member to replace with the new belly pan cross-member.

Thanks for any tips and tricks!

I put a jack stand on the transfer case near the drive shaft to relieve the weight.

This is a post from the designer, Chad (creepersleeper) when I asked him same question:
You have to support the trans/t-case. I usually use a jack stand under the tailshaft of the t-case.
