Recommended Oil for Superwinch Husky 10?

I'd like to change the oil in my Husky10

What is the recommended grade?

The manual shows 85w/140 for 32*-86* and straight 140 for 68*-122*. Find a decent synthetic gear lube in either grade and run it.
