A new arm runs about $60 from the dealer, maybe one of the vendors has one... or call Jason at Cruiseryard (@arcteryx )

Looks like the aftermarket wiper arm for a 100 series. You can get it on EBay or @Ranma on the 100 forum.

Agreed. I think the blade should be sitting horizontally across the glass. I does not look to bad though. Wonder if it’s functional.
