Rear Reflector Restore

I am trying to freshen up my rear reflectors. The cost of new ones are crazy. When I removed them the bolts on the back broke off. Does anyone have any ideas how I can reatch them to the vehicle after I get them painted up?

If search reflectors, someone posted how they pulled the backs off and replaced the studs.
