Thanks. There is lots of construction going on on the Mall. I came at a better time of year last time I was here. I hope they don't change security so you can't go in and visit Abe. I went to the Ford theater too yesterday (among many other places) and thoroughly enjoyed learning all about the events of the 1860s. I had wanted to make it out to Gettysburg today but my stomach dictated otherwise.

I did. Lunch was at a place next to the Homeland Security office. "Supper" was at PotBellys. I'm not sure if it was food poisoning now or just a 10 hour flu. Regardless, I have never felt that rough (when it wasn't self induced). Off to Old Town Alexandria today.

Potbellys is a good sandwich shop and some nights they have live music. The bug has been going around up there for sure. Father inlaw had it last week.
