Whats the prognosis on Prado?

She's healing up well. The vomiting has stopped and she can keep water and now food down. The vet did exploratory intestinal surgery on Tuesday morning and after a series of Xrays that didn't show anything (no indications of a blockage) he opened her up to look at her stomach and found a string ~50cm in length running through her intestines, bunching everything up. Now the only worry is that the incisions in her intestines will burst.... So far everything is looking good though.

June 10th's pic just shows what came out at one point during her 3 days of vomiting.
