Rate the rust

Hi! I’m looking into buying my first Land Cruiser! It’s a 100 series diesel 2002. I don’t have much reference point when it comes to rust, so do anyone want help me rate this rust?

She is a little crusty.

Ask for a picture of the crossmember above the rear axle/in front of the spare tire where it meets the frame. I bet this spot is rough on that 100.

Ok, thanks! I’ve asked for more pictures. It’s been driving in Norway, so I would expect some rust as we salt the roads during winter. I just don’t know how much rust is too much, as I want to get several more years of over land trips out of her. He’s asking about 23k$ and it’s gone 430k kms (not sure how comparable it is to other markets). It also has an intermittent CEL (once every 2-3 months) that I’ve asked him to check. But he only has a obd2 scanner, so not sure if it will work.
