The stupid are cultivated, farmed nurtured and rewarded copiously for multiplying. Kept safe in well padded vehicles, strapped in just in case the automated protective devises fail, housed , fed , medicated and entertained often at the expense of those who maybe are not so stupid aside from those who fund them in an attempt to make the world a better place.
Unless by stupid you are referring to people who go to work day after day so someone more motivated than them can make some money off of them and those not so motivated can get a chunk of what's left...

Had a guy drive over from Klamath to check out the Runner.....
He flamed out, then apologizes for wasting my time.
See this is what is wrong with Merica. Guy wasted 4+ hours of his time, i was ten minutes invested. Lol
