Yes, the defrost ducts are there. I have an after-market heater that appears it was from the sixties. I am missing the pieces I bleieve that went from the bottom to the top. I have seen this on a 1966-67 rig. But I do not know if mine had these originally. I can supply a pic if needed to show what I need.

the heater box in the pic, has nipples sticking out the side for the elbows. the flapper is a lever.
the earlier version has holes for the elbows to go into. the flapper is a pull knob

These are probably what you have in mind. There are two parts, the funnel, which is lower, and the guide, which is on top. SOR found me a pair of each.

Snapped the bottom rusted bolt off my driver turn signal yesterday. Need a new one.
