good deal. thanks for the info. Stacy and I spotted a TRD edition at the local dealership. it's pretty nice. A-Trac, locking rear diff, not sure on the color. it was totally black. I swore I would never have another black vehicle. I wonder if it comes in other colors.

I bet Hayes would TRDize it to some extent. With his parts and labor discount and a used demo to start with you would probably come out with a TRD clone (stealth) in a colorful color at a much more comfortable price. Did you notice the price tag on the TRD!!
The black top on the TRD would drive me nuts and black is so hard to make look good.
OTOH it would show the mud and battle scars guite well lol.

OK here's an idea: The Hayes Toyota/Upstate Cruiser Special Edition Appalachian Land Crawler. Let him put some graphics on the side and sell or lease it to you for, hmm, about 25?

Yeah and if you talk to Mr. Hayes himself...I saw him drivin the 62 around town this weekend....wonder if that is why he sold the FJC too keep the 62....So he is a true cruiser head so he will definately be fair with you. Good Luck...and his FJC is an awesome drive.

I called and talked to Rick this morning. My parts will be in tommorow! Hopefully the 62 will run like no other after i am done over the next 2 weeks.

Is it really worth the drive to Anderson for parts?

I have never had good feelings about DE toyota, but it sure is close. Does Ralph hayes give a discount?

I need a new coil, who should I call for quick delivery? What is going rate for FJ60 Coil?
