As good as Barry Sanders was...I believe Bo was better IMO. He only played half seasons and his carrier was cut short. Imagine if he would played FB full time and had a longer career?

Yea - what's with the 5 game suspension BS anyway? This is the real pros where they get paid to play instead of the college ranks where payments are hidden and rules antiquated and archaic! I know they get 'paid' with an education...shoud they choose to exercise that benefit.

Nice win last night, we even spotted the Donkey’s 131 yards. Without our penalties yards they would not have scored a touchdown. Raiders will be better next game. Watch out San Diego we are coming for you. River's will eat a meal of terra firma when we are done playing you.

The Raiders had a good game this Sunday against the Jets, only saw the highlights. Darren McFadden leads the NFL in rushing yardage. That dude can make plays. The raiders should have won the game against the Bills 2 weeks ago. They need to be consistent with their Defense and still have a ways to go on penalties, but are looking good this season so far.

A big test to their credibilty will come against the Pats this week. If the Raiders beat the Pats there will be no denying that the Raiders deserve to be on top of the division, and a play off worthy team. Good to see the D line play like a bully.
The Raiders face off against Cleveland Browns this week. RunDMC should carve the Browns defense nicely, and should get 100 plus rushing yards, against a defense that ranks 25th in the league.
With that said, Raiders D is not doing much better, giving up high numbers themselves. Still, San Diego has a bye week, as well as Denver, and KC. (the last 2 teams irrelevant as far as winning the division.) So can't wait when Oakland faces San Diego. I want and am planning on attending that game.
The Chargers schedule gets tougher in the coming weeks, A good thing for the Raiders who face both Denver and KC before getting to San Diego.

Nice win yesterday. You were right about RunDMC! DHB is playing well too. Thought Campbell going down might be a setback but Boller is a good backup. Behind Boller is Lechler and Pryor not in any order. I hear that they are trying to trade for Carson Palmer. Thoughts?
You might want to edit your post above. Palmer is now a Raider, wow this is huge for us. Anybody remember a guy named Rich Gannon? Crazy to think what kind of team we can be with an actual real quaterback.

Its about time you guys got a decent QB in there. Nov 10th will be a good game though the one after that when Palmer gets more comfortable with the system will be even better.
But 2 first round pics for a QB with 2 winning seasons? Pretty steep.

It’s one first round pick in the 2012 draft and one 2nd round pick in 2013 draft that could turn into a 1st round pick if we win one playoff game this year or next year. Not sure if you have noticed but 1st round picks don’t necessarily translate into good NFL players. The Raiders are a perfect example of that. We need a quarterback ASAP with ours out. Carson is an excellent quarterback and we have all the other parts to make a great team. Tom Brady is 34, Philip River is 29, Carson Palmer is 31, I think he has a few more years in him to play. This was a great trade for the Raiders, a known NFL franchise player for an unknown and unproven could be player(s). Raiders now have all the parts they need to go all the way.
