OK folks they drew first blood, the Chargers thread is officially open season, :flipoff2:. No whining this time when we come rain on your parade of gayness.
 
A common opinion shared by many. Good coaching can change things however, and that the organization has in place today. The team has enough talent that is coming into fruition this year to have a legitimate shot a taking the division, and that is not just me saying this.

Interesting article about him. I like how he was cool and confident with Coach Gruden and defended his logic and decision making. You would think after all the poor drafts picks we have gotten we would get at least one good performer. Hell even the laws of static’s say that.

Every time the Raiders have a good coach Al fires them. Remember Shanahan, Gruden, Cable was starting to win and then Al fired him.

Can't wait for Al to die.
 
I'm from Ohio and a HUGE OSU fan. I have been listening to all the drama / hype around this guy for years. He is your A typical "spoiled, self entitled athlete". Ever since he was in high school and the top recruit in the country, he's been surrounded by drama. I have a feeling, but hope I'm wrong, this guy will be much worse than J Russell. If you combine JaMarcus with Darrell Russell you'll have Prior.
 
I was at the game in Oakland when Jamarcus played in his first "real" game, everyone was really pumped to see him play. Then everyone found out he sucked. I hope Prior isn't another QB who was great in college but can't cut it in the pros.
 
I feared this about Jamarcus 2.0... Hey, Campbell is serviceable and he will be in his 2nd year with this offense.

I have to say that the Raiders have been where the Charges want to go and back. It's true they have sucked for many many many years. Al is crazy, yes! At least they can say the have won a Super Bowl or two or three.

How many of these do the Chargers have?

Yep The verdict will be ou there. If Prior stays healthy and is coacheable, he may start producing in 2012. He still has to deal with the 5 game suspension issue.

I was a Raiders fan as a young kid living in NorCal. Bo Jackson was my idol. I met Lester Hayes and Cliff Branch at a card show when I was very young. They played catch with me and a friend when the show ended. It's one of my favorite memories from my younger years. I still have the cards they signed for me. All that being said, I moved to Ohio when I was 12 and the Browns came back when I lived there. I got caught up in all the hubbub and converted to a Browns fan. I still secretly root the raiders on.

Even if Pryor fails, it won't be as financially bad as the Russell's. If it blow's up, which I would bet on, at least they haven't given the kid millions. Who knows, maybe the lack of money may motivate him to learn a little and keep his nose clean.

I believe those are relics yes. But at least they exist. Just like pyramids. :cheers:
