Radiator for a V8 swap, what size did you use?

I believe I got the same as Lil' John, but got the inlet and outlet put on the pass. side. You can get the correct size nipples for your motor put on, also.

Thanks for the info guys. It's good to hear that the 24"x19" works good. I might be able to do a trade with CBR. If that doesn't happen I will buy one from them or a Griffin.
For my T100 I used a custom aluminum radiator from Beko Radiator in Concord, CA. They do great work but last I talked to the owner was about 12 years ago when I did vinyl graphics for them when I lived near there... Looks like their website is dead but they have a Facebook page.

I think the key to building these Pigs is making sure you have the correct size nipples, and avoiding stretchy nuts.

That is the extent of my observations...

My SBC runs a stock radiator, professionally cleaned, with a high volume water pump and heavy duty fan clutch. Both pump and fan clutch come from heavy duty GM pickups. Zero heat problems over five years, including off road, street and highway use. Even made it to CA, AZ and back to CO in the summer at freeway speeds (thanks to the overdrive.)

I run a stock 60 series radiator with a 5.7TPI and electric dual speed fan. Haven't had a single problem yet and that was wheeling in Moab in 90 degress.
