Quick question on Warn M8000

I'm still debating on which winch to mount behind the bumper on my 80 and it looks like it might be a Warn M8K


Just curious, but would it be possible to rotate the housing for the clutch end so that the level faces downward


Since it's going behind the front bumper, I'll need a way to access it easier....

Here's the answer I just got back from Warn:

Rick,



The clutch lever can be rotated as long as it’s rotated in increments of two bolts.

For example you could not move the clutch housing 3 bolt holes, it would need

to be moved 4. This is due to the clocking inside the gear end.
