$70 for a new set from LC Engineering. Call their tech line and ask them. If they've never been replaced then I would replace them all. I realize that I haven't specifically answered your question; sorry about that. They have stock heights as well as taller ones in various sizes. FWIW, you should be able to tell from the shifter if it's lifted or not.

Here's a link to the catalog page for your 4Runner for stock height but they don't give the dimension:

thanks for the link I'll have to look into investing in that. as for looking at the shifter to be able to tell, I've only seen two other 4runners in my town, but I was never able to look at them, and they're no longer around.

Take a look underneath, if you are talking about a body lift, there will be an additional puck between the bushing and the body (not intending to insult your intelligence if you already know that)

Another way to tell is look to see how the bumpers align with the body. If there is a large gap between the body and bumper then it probably has. You can also look at the brackets that the bumpers attach with, if they look out of place they probably are.

It's an easy job. Loosen the bolts on one side and then remove all the bolts on the other side. Lift the side up with the removed bolts an inch or so and put some dunnage (boards) between the frame and the body to hold the body up. You can then replace those supports, remove the boards, and reinstall bolts. Don't tighten them completely until you repeat on the other side and then tighten everything down. Torque requirements are pretty minimal.

thanks for the info, much needed... just have a slight problem for one mount tho... ones missing, been so since I bought the truck, and half the bracket for it... so yea, once I get bushings, I'm gonna need new hardware, piece of flat stock, and a welder
