Yep, I will get a pic of the inner duct work!

Here we go...
First pic shows how the duct curves up for the interior - water will not run in
Second pic shows how duct meets up with outer grille
Third pic shows inner grille that mounts on interior panel
Last pic shows exterior vent detail - I think this design will serve to create a slight negative pressure outside the vent while the Pig is in motion to pull air through the cabin.

Outside grilles

Here's how my body man did the rear vent grilles on my 55. He's anal- I didn't ask him to re-do these but he did. He mixed up some dark gray metallic paint, cleaned them up real good, masked off the chrome(!!!) and shot them. they really turned out well. gary S

Do you know how he prepped the chrome for paint?
Are you going to put the two phillips screws back in?

Side grille

No idea how he prepped the chrome just knw I like the result. Yes the screws are in- that picture was taken the day the 55 came home from the shop. I had several issues to address at that time. gary
