I have an 8lb pork shoulder coming with. I'll do the standard pulled pork one night. Was thinking korean pork tacos with the leftovers

I use it for coffee maker.
And I do have a small propane grill.
But I never use it....yeah, because that man stuff you mentioned.
I always charcoal cook at home when I grill, but I do use my l.p. grill sometimes when camping.
I'm excited to hear of the slow grilled pork shoulder.
That was so fxxxin good last year.
But you can't miss a day wheeling for it.

Go to bed early.
Leave early Saturday.

All mini PYS this year. Had a blast for the short time we were there.
I wish I could of made this pys mini fest. Well I guess I could of "made it" but we just returned home Friday afternoon from a 2 week 3,100 mile camping trip and I still haven't fixed the rear locker in my mini.
