It started just fine after sitting for 5 months. This is my future project. I have had it for a little over 2 1/2 years. drove it around some but then the smog police came to town ,so I just drive it around the farm to keep it lubed and loose. I guess I need to bathe the pig ,since she is so dirty, but swine do love wallowing in the mud. I have not sent pics in ,so I figure it is my time to offer porn for those of us that have this fetish.
She's a good strait 78-55 all the parts still there. and work. I started to take the rear window a part since it had a little trouble goin back up , but as I started to fix one thing, I would see something else that needed to be done and figured if I fix this I might as well fix that too since I am here already AND ONE THING LEADS TO ANOTHER.....So I decided to put it away until I can offer this sweet piece of pork my full attention , love and devotion. So, maybe after my other projects I have goin are wrapped up I can start wallowing with my pig in the garage...Did I hear you say Rust? The only rust is the lower front fender quarter panels (not completely ) . You can see in the pics...My plans? ...Gosh what goes through ones' head when you sit and dream about what you want to do with a pig. Body off resto? partial resto? who knows?....We all know the ultimate!!
I want to use it as a grocery getter...Telliico? Yea to the camp site. Like to keep it mostly stock with some upgrades and creature comforts. Nice buckets up front, power steering. new interior, new paint ,original was green and white...now it is navy and khaki..which aint too bad...but it's gotta go. Wife likes the red,I like the green. It is her cruiser though. I'll try to make her think it is her idea ,what ever color I paint it. Maybe I'll start after I finsh cannibalizing this 79/40 and putting dic brakes on my 73/40 and putting an engine in my 74/40. putting my winch back on andswapping tires and wheels and so on and so on...well you all get the picture. IT IS NEVER COMPLETE
