BEFORE you do an alignment, make SURE your tire pressures, wheel bearings, trunnions, and tie rods are within spec. Otherwise, you're pissing away money. An alignment MAY identify out-of spec trailing arm or track bar bushings.Ok do you have, a lift kit and caster correction, also get an alignment by a good shop and start there. JMHO

Tire pressures are all good. Will check wheel bearings and TREs. Read about Landtanks's procedure for checking trunnions but I'm not sure that will do me much good as I won't know what the hell to feel for so I'll probably just rely on updated camber measurements from an alignment check.
No lift or caster correction. Only 1" coil spacers at the moment. As I stated before, not putting my lift on until I get this sorted out.
