I'm usually in the 200 forum but posting here for a good friend owning a 2011 Taco.
He asked me to look under his truck for a noise he is hearing and I noticed a label on the propeller shaft that makes me think this is not the original one.
He has owned the truck since 30k.
Here is the label

What do you think? Is this the original? Is this at least a Toyota reman?

Yes, these Dana Spicer shafts were original equipment. That's not to say that your friend hasn't had theirs replaced, but it seems unlikely. Here's a photo of my 2012:
