This part of the clutch fork assembly should determine which bearing.

Dan, are you talking about the width of the bearing hub or dia. I'm thinking width and how much room you have with the clutch fingers. I'm digging deep here, but back in the 70's I did a engine swap in my 40 and had problems with fitting a pressure plate. The solution was a shorter hub. That's all I can remember, smoke is coming out of my ears! :)

It's the height or thickness if that makes any sence. This is the bearing my auto parts store has given me. I though it was wrong so I ordered another and it's the same. It fits on the hub so I will try it. The two pics are either side of te bearing. What side to the pressure plate??

Take a look at the post 3 back. That's how I mounted it. If I recall it won't seat on the fork assembly the other way.
