Not a heck of a lot of progress. I did make some nice shackles and spring plates with the plasma tho :D

Check out this awesome score I got off of e-bay...

looks good

:D

Rear suspension is done and the truck is back on it's legs..

butt sticks up a bit high (1 to 2" or so) but I am thinking a big bumper and spare tire carrier will fix that..

rear suspension came out well.

Triangulated three link.

A arm at the top and dual parallel links on the bottom.

The bridge is a boxed Ruff stuff unit...

The lower portion of the box is fully welded inside and outside. then the U shaped upper portion slides into the lower portion and is welded to the outside. It has a LOT of weld there. It is prety bomber, and I now have a better welder :)

Happy easter to you and yours as well :)

Looking good! What are you using for ends on your links?

axle lower's and frame uppers are ureathane bushings.

Frame lower's are Gyro Joints, Axle upper is a single 2.5" threaded Johnny Joint

where are the flexed out pics? :D

looks good man...

as soon as the tranny mount is in I'll post some flex shots.

Honestly, I did not make thins thing to flex like mad. I made it to be a capable, off road daily driver :)

Drive to the con or moab type of thing.
