Beautiful rig! Sure must be the life being able to ponder building the ultimate 4X while sitting under an acacia tree....sigh..

Here is the link to the build company, nice stuff.

Does anyone know the color code for the gray green he used? I think I am going to paint my 60 that color with a white roof

I don't know, he seemed like an obsessed overland wanker to me. For example it doesn't ride awful once you load it down to what the suspension was designed to carry. Just get out, put a bunch of scrapes and dust in it and enjoy the planet!

That color and Nebula (622) are favorites of mine. 6L4 is pretty neat too, now who's obsessed? :)

I thought it was fashon green, but I am truely color blind (nearly crapped out of the Corps for it), so is there much difference between the the nebula green and fashon green?

Right on. Feels like he's read too many 4WD vehicle magazines and is spouting off what he's read.

I disagree with you guys. I guess I myself am an obsessed overlander who has indeed read too many magazines and has lived out of an FJ60 for the last 4 years, but I agree with a lot of the stuff St. Pierre talks about. In fact we are considering similar mods for our 60... as far as the guy being a wanker, I don't know... The truth is I can't say I like him all that much, but to his cred he owns 4xforum.com and he is a very well known overlander and 4x4 enthusiast in South Africa and has written sever books on 4x4 travel and driving. What I DO know is that in those videos he IS selling a product, as he now sells those modded Troopies. Check him out http://www.4xforum.com/category/who-is-4xforum/

And that my friends is what really matters in the long run.

I think y'all are just jealous! So the guy does it for a business, good for him to live the dream and put it out there. Here in N America everyone of us wishes we had Troopy's to modify/campify. I do, not that I'd trade my converted 60 now - I lie - I would....
I lived in Africa as a teenager, it's a big, sometimes lonely place and needs a rig the same as the Aus Outback.

So maybe it is just a marketing/presentation thing. I couldn't get past the delivery of the message to become interested in what he had to say or research is extensive background.
