Say after me, there are no free lunches. If you want power, it is going to cost money. Stuffing more air & fuel into the motor is the only worthwhile thing to do.

By a cheap, used FJ60. Then you'll appreciate what you have...

There's not much middle ground for you. All the header/chip/throttle body ideas flopped because they didn't add any noticeable power. Dan is right, turbo or SC is the only way other than a radical rebuild.

I think Jim is right on.........and Dan also of course. Most of the other stuff is so minimal you'll spend your money for not much return.

You need to acquaint yourself with the search feature of the forum, as well as google. I believe TRD has the HP and tourque figures on their website.

Peak HP gain is +110 over stock.

Peak torque gain is 160 lb-ft over stock.

Max HP is about 290 (vs 212) and max torque is about 390 lb-ft (vs 275)
