Man, I think that T/C is going to burn up being upside down like that.
That front shaft is huge. What’s that from? It definitely won’t clear the trans pan under compression
The transfer case is flipped upside down? Chain drive cases like that have an oil pump to lube the gears. If it is flipped, how does that work?

The gm case should be driver side front driveshaft how is it on rye passenger side. You've got some clearance issues. I'm scared to ask what under the hood looks like. You said your going by Matt's shop with it .?
