Use your flare as a template. Mark your line on the outside of flare. Than mark another line an 1" or an 1 1/2 " inside and cut.

Thanks. I missed your response until just now. I have been running 35s now for the last week and aside from having to angle my exhaust a bit away and more to the rear, no rub issues so far. Just did two off road runs on relief missions, moderate stuff, no rub yet. I will definitely file the template as guide advice away if I start to get wheel rub. Anyway here is mine: Maxxis Creepy Crawler 35x12.5 15 on 10 inch rims with 4 inch suspension lift.

It is no fun running wide 35's and no power steering. Just no fun at all.

If you want to have a 35" tire and no power steering you need to be looking for pizza cutters.

tire size and comfort really cant' be compared unless you try the exact same brand/lot of tire on the same vehicle at the same pressure, in the same situation and temperature, on the same rim.

Stock and manual on both of my pigs...of course, the one with the 35s doesn't run yet:D but the one with the 34s is a a daily driver.

i traded my 37s for 35s

currently SOA on 2-2.5" springs, 15x8 1.5" backspacing
